ARC has a variety of software applications to support all aspects of scientific research, including bioinformatics, mathematical and data science. The software is installed based on user requirements and availability. Please note that the user must provide the licenses for any software that they need. The following table summarizes all the currently available software.

Users can also request installation of any additional software/package by emailing us at arc_info@uc.edu. The requests will be evaluated on the basis of the general public usage of the software. If it is only to be used by a single user, they will be asked to install/compile it in their home directories.
